Return Policy
We handle returns on a case-by-case basis with the ultimate goal of making our customers happy. We stand behind our goods and services and want customers to be satisfied with them. We'll always do our best to take care of customers. We apply refunds to the tender with which returned items were purchased. Exchanges can be made for items that are, for example, the wrong size or color or the incorrect item if requested within 10 days of receipt of the product. Refunds can be given for items that arrive damaged, DOA, or incorrect items if requested within 10 days of receipt of the product. Refunds will not be given for items that have been worn, washed, used by the customer, or damaged by the customer. No returns or refunds will be given on custom items.
